招永扬 Jeffrey Chiu

招永扬是一名来自香港的注册会计师，他自2002年来一直居于上海。在香港，他为一家国际性注册会计师事务所工作了十二年多，在上海工作了三年。在上海期间，他曾担任过此家国际性注册会计师事务所的副总经理。后于2006年，他与一家香港注册会计师事务所合伙，在上海成立了自己的咨询公司。
Jeffrey Chiu is a Certified Public Accountant from Hong Kong and has been in Shanghai since 2002. He worked in an international CPA firm for over 12 years in Hong Kong and 3 years in Shanghai. While stationed in Shanghai, he acted as Vice General Manager of an international audit firm. Then, he set up his consultancy firm in Shanghai with a Hong Kong CPA firm as partner in 2006.

招永扬之前的工作经历中，他曾参与大量尽职调查、专项调查以及审计任务，并且在中国担任投资咨询顾问。除此之外，他曾参与中外方在中国投资的谈判进程。另外，招永扬曾为各类外国集团公司以临时主管的身份担任区域财务总监、财务总监以及总财务官。同时，他也曾在个人所得税、企业所得税领域包括中港跨境结构为客户提供咨询服务。
In the previous experience of Jeffrey, he had worked on a lot of due diligence, investigation and audit assignments and advised on investment in China. Further, he had been involved in the negotiation process between the foreign and Chinese parties. Jeffrey also had been working as Regional Finance Director, Finance Director and Finance Controller for various foreign groups on an interim executive basis. In addition, he also advises clients on Individual Income Tax, Enterprise Income Tax with special focus on cross border structure.

His clients include MNC's from France, U.S.A., Italy, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, Mainland China and SME's as well.

陆永熙 Danny Luk

陆永熙会计师曾任香港税务局评税主任12年之久。他的经验主要为税务筹划，调查及审计事务。
Mr. Danny Luk, had been an Inland Revenue Assessor of the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department for 12 years and is experienced in tax planning, investigation and compliance matters.
